The Columbus-Franklin County Finance Authority provides program support in a variety of ways by:

• Providing long term financing in the form of revenue bonds for businesses, organizations and governments;
• Issuing tax increment financing or special assessment bonds to support development projects; 
• Holding title or taking ownership of a piece of property and leasing it back to clients; and
• Serving as the public applicant for development projects.
